Establishment Of The Cell Phone Modular System And The Research Of Its Design Methods And Key Technologies

As the development of science and technology, cell phone has become the necessary in daily life. While in the process of intelligentized development, a series of problems, such as high complexity of operating features, lackness of consideration of people's needs ineffective interfaces, ignorance of minority groups and e-trashrise rise up. As a kind of effective design method, modular design has been applied widely to the field of mechanical engineering. The cell phone design directed by the ideas of modular standardized customization, free combination and convenience in maintenance and upgrade operation can solve the problems mentioned above.The academic theory, research methods and operation process are expounded in the thesis.First the paper discusses related concepts of modular design. On the basis of analysis and investigation of mobilephone market, it brings forward the concept of design for users (DFU) and modular design. Second, the study establishes the concept of modular cell phone on the basis of understanding about cell phone modular system, and finishes the product system & service system by using the design standard of modular cell phone. Third, the researches of module partition, module combination, methods and key technologies for product overall design, related algorithms are carried out. after that, the study provide the feasibility and superiority of modular design with the scene simulation by CDSA method. Finally, the prototype system CPMSS is built up. the author hope to raise more attention and research on 3C standard and sustainable modular consumption value according to this thesis..
