Research And Implement On Design Technologies For The Typical Components Of Aircraft Assembly Fixtures

During the whole design process of aircraft assembly fixtures, the design of its typical components is of great importance, in which problems like low design efficiency and poor model reusability appear often though. To solve these problems, some correlative design technologies for the typical components of aircraft assembly fixtures are studied, and a subsystem for the design of the typical components of aircraft assembly fixtures is developed according to requirement of a large aeronautics manufacturing enterprise, collaborated with Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. The main contents are as followed:(1)According to typical components analysis, a new technology is proposed, typical components library technology of aircraft assembly fixtures building,based on main parameter. A parameter mapping relation had been constructed, which provided parametric original model design on different levels. Meanwhile, a statistic typical components library is given, and the typical components is reused under main parameters based typical components naming strategy, which could realize design reuse of the typical components of aircraft assembly fixtures building.(2)The automatic assembly technologies of the typical components of aircraft assembly fixtures is studied, assembly procedure is simplified and automatic assembly is realized through steps, such as of feature assignment, feature reading and accumulating.(3)Concerning airplane product, interpart modeling technology for typical components of aircraft assembly fixtures building is further studied, and design feature mapping between airplane product and the typical components is realized. Further, mathematical interpart modeling for the typical components of aircraft assembly fixtures building is proposed with design knowledge, and the correlation between airplane product and the typical components is realized, technical support for the concurrent design of the two is provided.(4) Based on the research, CATIA-based subsystem for typical components design is developed, which were applied to the design of aircraft assembly fixtures building for a large aeronautics manufacturing enterprise, and improved design efficiency .
