The ecological development of City is a new concept of city development, accepted by all around the world, which is the result of long thinking and exploring for themselves. With continuous deepen of urbanization, especially the blind development of big city, more and more cities are faced a train of "the city problems". The circulation development of the city society economy and environment and the city ecosystem already is restricted gravely by the some city problems faced by city traffic, such as traffic jam, air pollution, and the sources of energy consumption. City passenger transport traffic system is an important support system of city society economic growth, and is the core of the city traffic system too, how to make city passenger transport accord to the development of ecological city is a new problem and worthy for studying to us detailedly.According to the ecological city is the future city development direction, the city passenger transport traffic structures is studied in the thesis. And the city problems, the city traffic problems, the ecological city theory and practice experience summary, and the city traffic planning are taken as background. In this thesis, First, the effects that city traffic to city development are set forth, the mean of city passenger transport traffic acording with the ecological city is introduced, including city systematic passenger transport traffic composition and system characteristic and so on. Proceed to adopt fundamental method of system scientific analysis problem to analysis the changing causes of city passenger transport traffic structure, from abstract to concrete, from simplicity to complexity, and in view of the changing causes composed of internal cause and external cause, so them are analyzed in progress respectively complicatedly. Moreover, according to city passenger transport traffic system characteristic, the system dynamics model is chosen and is used to carry out an optimization on the city passenger transport traffic structures according with the ecological city. In building model process, optimizing city passenger transport traffic structures is taken as the main line. Considering the growing rapid traffic demand and the developing trend of the environmental pollution worsen gradually, city traffic shortage amounts and city ecological environment capacities are chosen as the decision variables. Namely, a better system dynamics optimization model has been built, in the model, the city passenger transport supplying maximizing is considered as the strategy plan target and the ecological city environmental pollution minimizing is considered as the restrained condition. Finally, the Changsha city is taken as the example studies in the thesis, making use of Vensim software, the passenger transport traffic structures of the future Changsha city are carried on the simulation and the result confirms this model's accuracy and feasibility in the simulation, as well as obtaining the methods and the ways of optimizing Changsha passenger transport traffic structures. |
