The Traction Control System (TCS) is one kind of new initiative control system. when vehicles start, accelerate, hill climb prevented driven-wheels from extreme slip, obtains the largest force of traction and the best driving ability and stability . Its control principle is preventing driven-wheels from extreme slip to the best of its ability on low-μroad. the skidding of the wheels rate of rotation nearby the stability region, like this both can fully display the vehicles the force of traction, and can guarantee the vehicles have the certain lateral stability ability.Different from the traditional method where the development of the TCS controller is based on a mass of vehicle road test, this thesis uses an embedded system. This system comprises an industry control computer, a core computer uses the DS1005 processor board as the is the platform which connects the hardware through DS2210 and the MATLAB connection function, establishes a TCS controller embedded software system to insert the typical development system, main outcomes of the study are as follows:1,Used dSPACE Corporation's AutoBox the DS1005 processor board and the multi-channel DS2210 I/O board; Established a embedded software system.2,An TCS controller SIMULINK (an add-in tool of MATLAB) model is developed based on the dynamics model of the vehicle.3,Through the dSPACE software system and the hardware , vehicles model and the TCS controller model Were connected, has carried on the Rapid Control Prototype(RCP), has obtained the product source code, by this was allowed conveniently the revise and optimized the controller model; After the optimized SIMULINK controller model may transform by the SIMULINK/RTW tool for may carry out the code, this code may move after the optimization in the single-chip microcomputer. The developed system can carry on the TCS product, reduce the vehicle road test, shorten the development process, and hence decreases the development cost. This system impetus TCS controller development research, enhances the independent research and development ability of the TCS controller, has the certain practical significance and the application prospect, simultaneously to other electronic controller, this system also has a certain significance example .
