When developing an embedded project that requires standarcperipheral devices, the well-defined interface--the Universal SerialBus with various connectors, protocols and cables being unified into,will improve the whole system's stability and integrality.This paper describes the basic technology behind USB, with emphasis on which of the many implementation details you need to know tc apply USB Mass Storage Device to an embedded system. And the papei concludes with a suggested implementation roadmap.As uc/os-II,the simplest RTOS without device driver and file system, being considered,this paper analyze entirely USB Driver Stack and File System transplantted in universal RTOS,for example, uClinux. And a uc/os-II FAT file system with high performance library,which can be used on Nand Flash,will be described in this paper.
