At the same time, the article emphasizes on improving the condition of filling and emptying valve. The outcome not only solves the actual engineering problem, but also provides the successful examples and useful experience for engineering design of ship locks, and that will greatly influence the level of design and the scientific research of filling and emptying system of ship lock in mountainous river.
