The main function of the lock filling and emptying system is to make the ship safely through the lock.Its main divided into two types,one is the centralized water system,the other is the dispersion water system.Bottom long-culvert filling and emptying systerm belongs to the second type.The culvert is arranged in the bottom of the chamber.The culvert and the chamber connected by a hole.The water flows into the chamber through the hole.in the process of ship lock water filling,in order to consume the energy of the flow and improve the ship berthing conditions,the open trench,energy dissipation plate or baffle and other energy dissipation facilities are necessary.At present,there are a lot of research on open trench layout and the characteristics of energy dissipation,especially the study of single open trench.For double open trench also did some research,and it have been applied in actual engineering.But the study are most centred on the specific locks,the studies on the detailed structure are few.to make the representative experiment results,the hole scale and the height of the barrel are dimensionless,and got the scale parameter: A1/a,A2/a,B/b.Which are representing the ratio between the height of barriel and the corridor branch hole,the ratio between the height of hole and the corridor baranch hole,and the ratio between the width of hole and the corridor baranch hole.In this paper,the changing of the barrier height and the hole scales are simulated by fluent on the basis of 3D model.And obtaining the best arrangment scales.The conclusion was summarized as follows:?1?The model examination shows that the 3D mathematical model is correct,and the method is feasible for the study of double trench.?2?In the case of a fixed hole scale,the optimal placement of dimension of double trench is:A1/a=0.6670.944,A2/a=1.389,B/b=4.706.?3?In the case of a fixed width of the hole and the height of the barriel,the optimal placement of dimension of double trench is:A1/a=1.111,a2/a>1.000,B/b=4.706.?4?In the case of a fixed height of the barriel and the hole,the optimal placement of dimension of double trench is:A1/a=1.111,A2/a=1.389,B/b<2.353...
