Heating is needed in the oil analysis and oil-water separation, but we can see the heater used now is fire, which is neither effective nor safe. In order to solve such a problem, this paper researches and develops a single-phase high frequency inverter and its single-chip microcomputer control system which suits for induction heating of oil-water separation. The whole system is based on the AC-DC-AC frequency converting technique, the inverter uses the voltage series resonant type of H-bridge configuration in the main circuit, we can use single-chip microcomputer to produce the phase-shifted style of PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) signals to control the four IGBT devices on or off. Changing the phase-shifted angle can regulate the virtual value voltage of the three-level PWM output, and the output voltage through the circuit of PWM voltage detection and feedback can form a closed loop, thereby make the closed loop control of the heating temperature come true. In order to raise the frequency of induction heating and the efficiency of heating, in this paper we can use C8051F005 single-chip microcomputer to realize the phase-shifting control, and the program is designed by the"four segments method". According to this means, the range of phase-shifting obviously increasing, and using keyboard to trigger the exterior interruption to achieve the continuous regulation of the phase-shifting angles. Besides, in the program also add some subprograms, such as AD conversion, PID regulation, and phase-locking by software and so on. All of these just to complete an integrated closed loop system. The relevant experiments are made based on the analysis of theory, through the wave that measured can prove the system scheme is correct and feasible.
