Conventional switchgear equipments realize the function of distribution, controlling, protection and monitoring by circuit breakers, contactors, relay, control appliances,and electric meters, etc. The switchgear of this kind is often furnished with several dozen or more simulation indicator instruments and a large number of relays, bringing great inconvenience to production, storing and maintaining. Meanwhile, it is mainly operated directly by manual work, so it is unable to realize computer management, and even more for complex logic control. For this, we have designed and realized the switchgear of low-voltage bus type which is based on fieldbus technology. And we totally get rid of the management idea and mode of the conventional switchgear equipment, which are conventionally monitored and controlled by simulation indicator instruments and relays. Instead, we have adopted a large amount of intelligent components and parts which represent the advanced technological developing direction, such as intelligent network instrument, network I/Q, intelligent circuit breaker,etc.), and a few general controlling equipments which are a new kind of network-integrating types of the fully distributing controlling equipment, fundamentally meeting the " four-remote-control " requirement for the low-voltage distribution system.The whole system, regarding industrial control computer as the core and based on the Modbus fieldbus data collection, requires many kinds of technologies such as computer technology, electric technology, automatic control technology, communication, machinery, electric electron of integrated application. This system uses "KingView 6.0", the well-known configuration software as the developing platform and adopts VC ++.NET as the hardware driver developing instrument. This text mainly discusses the technological details of implementation of this system from the respects of the hardware design and software design on the basis of analysis on the designning plan of the system, and stresses several key technology difficult points and states their solutions.The system has greatly succeeded in improving the dependability of the distribution control, and has realized the possibilities of unmanned-on-duty and remote-meter-checking, which has greatly saved the cost of manpower. This system has very high economic worth.
