Research And Application On System Of Manufacturing Informatization Exponent

Manufacturing information combines information technology, automation technology, modern manage technology and manufacture technology. It benefits manufacturing enterprise inmanagement, administering,product design and manufacture.It also decreases consuming and drives product design way and tool innovation so as to improve enterprise competition.Manufacturing information base is weak in our country currently. Objective, effective and all-around basic information statistical and effect evaluation means and tools are absence.Manufacturing information index system and environment index system are constituted in this paper based on the study on relative task in-country and oversea.The calculation of the index is done. The mutual effection mode of the index and the local information market are studied in this paper.The purpose of this paper is present a way to resolve the nonstandard problem consist in current manufacturing information evaluation and find the weak part during manufacturing information construction process.
