Manufacturing Information Integration Technology Applied Research In Ship Building Infield Workshop

With the "Made in China 2025" and "Integration of Informationization and Industrialization" and other national strategies put forward,China's shipbuilding information and the process of integration has gradually accelerated.In shipbuilding enterprises,production management is the core of enterprise management,information management has become a shipbuilding enterprises to enhance the core competitiveness of the only way.Integrated technology is the production management information technology solutions which is a very important technology.At present,the integrated technology has been widely used in automotive,aerospace,machinery manufacturing and other industries.In the meanwhile,the ship industry has begun to be applied.Internal field operations are an important part of the shipbuilding process.The process is more complex than the field operations.Management has more points and the degree of automation is relatively higher.So through the integrated technology for internal field operations management,the efficiency is more obvious for shipbuilding.Under this background,this paper discusses the application of the integrated technology in the shipbuilding inner field workshop.The main contents and achievements are as follows:(1)Through on-the-spot investigation,the paper analyzes the shipbuilding inner-field operation,summarizes the characteristics of production process and management process of the shipbuilding inner-field workshop.Through the analysis of the production process,the collection of these information programs is put forward;(2)Based on the analysis of the on-site management requirements,according to the characteristics of the shipbuilding workshop operation management,the design principle and overall framework of the manufacturing information integration system of the inter-field operations are put forward.The system is divided into five modules,including steel management engineering management,planning management,comment management and quality management.Function design are designed for each module;(3)According to the function analysis of each module,the corresponding module to meet the functional requirements of the examples is developed.And through field data feedback,report output,information management system are used to obtain results;(4)Aiming at the characteristics of shipbuilding enterprise and integrated system,an integrated system implementation scheme suitable for shipbuilding enterprise is put forward,which can provide reference for the implementation of shipbuilding enterprises.
