With the development of the science, it is needed for the optics system that notonly there are imaging well qualities in static state, but also it can be work well indynamics state. The design of optics image stabilized instruments has been to be one ofthe key researches for the optical investigator.This paper designed the hand optical image stabilized telescope systemby means of theory of dynamic optics. The system concludes that a visuallight band, ten times ratio of enlargement, 6°angle of field, 30mm caliberand provided with aiming. Based on the understanding of the theory ofdynamic optics, using the mathematics model of image stabilized, we canresolve the structure of simple optical image stabilized, so it can decreasethe weight and the number of component stabilized and simplify thestructure.
