It is one of effective methods for structure underpinning and transformation technology to realize this desire. it is also an important research topic at present structural engineering discipline.According to the structure feature of the brick masonry and the analysis of stress and deformation, and combining actual project, the paper propose the programs of pre-compression pile underpinning and the whole underpinning of upper main structure when the brick masonry structure are reformed bottom-frame structure, and proposed the construction method of information monitor technology in the main structure underpinning. Inner steel trellis support use the existing structure potential fully to realize main structure underpinning for the first time, and create the condition for the following frame construction, as the same time guarantee the request of the underpinning frame beam stress performance and the whole operating performance.
