A series of appraisal and rating systems related to ecology building appear one after another, the domestic ecology housing construction also tends to be increasingly perfect. But, Anhui Province also lacks its own standard conforms to the special regional character in both climate and culture, which is very inconvenient to the development of Anhui's ecology housing. Therefore it's very important to establish the ecology housing rating system of Anhui Province.This paper introduced first on some international successful ecology housing, green housing rating system. For instance: LEED in USA, LNB in German, NABERS in Australia, GBT in Canada, ECK priofit in Norway, ESCALE in France, CASEBEE in Japan, and so on. Then it compares their differences then provides their own characteristics and analysis it. And then, China's ecology housing rate system and Shanghai's housing rate system are introduced.Afterwards, Anhui's ecology housing rate system is proposed according to the economy, culture and climate of Anhui province. The new rate system gives some guides on the stages of designing, approvement and operation management, which passes through for the residential building's entire life cycle.Finally, a demo residential district is given to validate the usability of Anhui's ecology housing rate system.
