The belt conveyer is the high force, the great transportation amount, the high efficiency modernization large-scale transport vehicle. So it is playing a vital role in the national economy.After analyzing take-up assembly for belt conveyor, the current flaw that the device has existed is pointed out in this paper. then the take-up assembly is improved designed. The improved take-up assembly consists of take-up winch system, hydraulic system, electrical control system, etc.The load can be obtained by electric current for its linear relation. The system's pressure which controls the conveyer belt's tension can be controlled by the flow of proportional overflow valve. The flow can be identified by electric current via current and force feedback dynamic system. On the condition, the conveyer belt's tension changed along with the current of drive motor. The belt conveyer operates normally, preventing skid for the tension of conveyer under a dynamic controlling condition.Some key components 'structure is designed. It can fully meet the strength requirement through strength check.A mathematical model is built for the control system on the basis of design. The stability and reliability of the control system are simulated via MATLAB. The result shows that the control system can operate regularly.
