By modeling respectively for the bearing section and return section, get a more accurate dynamic model of belt conveyor system and solve it with continuous dynamics of their analytical method, Get the speed, acceleration, tension and displacement expressions of several parts of the conveyor.Do the analysis of a conveyor, simulated with matlab programming, get the tension-time-displacement three-dimensional diagram, the velocity-time-displacement three-dimensional diagram, the acceleration-time-displacement three-dimensional diagram, and according to boundary conditions, Get the method and tension-time, tension-displacement two-dimensional diagram of take-up device and drive roller and get the parameters like trip of the take-up device and driving force of the conveyor, and do the analysis of the potential problems that may exist with the conveyor.Do the analysis of the belt tension under the different conditions when starting, identify the main factor which impacting the dynamic tension, and give the recommendations for the load, acceleration and acceleration time of the belt when starting and braking.By using the signal processing technology, make the spectrum analysis for the displacement, velocity, tension of the belt, and get the spectrum diagram of the displacement, velocity and tension of the tail. |
