Design And Realization Of IMIS For Container Freight Station In Port Of Hanyang

According to the Eleventh Five-Year Programmed of our country's economy, the development of container transport is regarded to be one of the most important developing projects. All the coastal harbors are enlarging their container handling capacity at about 20 per cent speeding up during these years, and most of the harbors give emphasis to constructing appropriate berths for the modern container ships. Thus how to enhance the working efficiency of the container wharfs to keep pace with the larger and larger import and export transportation capacity has become a key topic. Based on this thought, this thesis design and realize of intellectual Management Information System for Container Freight Station in port of Hanyang, to accelerate the work efficiency and the goods handling speed of CFS.The intellectual Management Information System of Container Freight Station in port of Hanyang is based on the actual needs of Wu Han port's container Co., Ltd. After analyzing the process rebuild and user's existing factors of business process, we propose an abstract data model of entire CFS management information system. According to business and data process, we adopt standardization of information processing method to establish Management Information System of CFS terminals production in order to realize the intellectual control and management of CFS production business.During the developing process of whole system, we use the information engineering theory as our guiding policy of enterprise information system construction. Information engineering pays attention to entire information planning and understanding for the business objective. With using reality relation to establish enterprise data model, this model is provided a public information basis for establishment of information system. The quality of information system is depended on quality of data model. Visual Basic is the mainly developing tool. Integrate with the actual circs of CFS in port of Hanyang, we reduce logistics cost ,improve management level of logistics of CY and warehouse, according to modern logistics theory and logistics technology, and at last, we can accelerate the work efficiency and the goods handling speed of CFS in port of Hanyang. The main achievement of this thesis is to develop the intellectual Management Information System of Container Freight Station in port of Hanyang, and this system include:1) Improving management of CY work by integrating orders.2) Visual inventory management, intelligent put-way and storage management3) Date dynamic passing and processing along the whole process from cargo's receiving to cargo's delivering.This research improve the work efficiency and the goods handling speed of CFS in port of Hanyang, and also improve the logistics management level of the storehouse and service level .So ,it has important reference significance and practical value to realize intellectual Management for CFS.
