Study On Energy Consumption Audit For A Public Building In Chongqing

With the Chongqing economy rapid development, new high-level and the large-scale public buildings built like mushroom growth emerging one after another incessantly appeared in Chongqing. However, the overwhelming majority in these new buildings and old ones belongs to the high energy consumption buildings, the Chongqing building energy consumption increases day by day, but the sense of public energy efficiency is weak, the energy wasting phenomenon is very serious. And the daily growth of energy consumption makes the building energy efficiency appear increasingly important, but in the field of building energy conservation, the commonly used method also pauses at present in building energy consumption investigation and then carries on the sketchy analysis to the investigated data, that is the traditional energy consumption investigation and study.The traditional energy consumption investigation and study pay more attention to the total energy consumption data collection of the whole year. It is necessary for building energy consumption statistics and knowing the real situation to this kind of quite extensive energy consumption investigation and study, but if you want to clarify the building energy consumption classification fundamentally, which energy consumptions is reasonable, which is unreasonable, it is unable to realize only depending upon this traditional energy consumption investigation and study. If solving this problem, it must audit and simulate further by the energy consumption simulation software in the foundation of investigation and study data, then analyze the result of simulation and the actual investigation and study energy consumption data, and excavate the potential of energy conservation of the audited building, this research technique also will be the key elaboration energy consumption audit in this paper.First, in the investigation and study foundation, the author simulated and analyzed the factors affected building load using the DeST-c simulation software, and gave the performance curves of load and factors, which has mainly included: the performance of the ratio of window and wall and the energy consumption, the performance of enclosure and the energy consumption (the performance of outer wall and energy consumption, the performance of roof and energy consumption, the performance of outside window and energy consumption), the performance of the visor coefficient and the energy consumption, the performance of the ventilation and the energy consumption. Next, in view of this office building, the author firstly carried on the sketchy examination according to "Public building Energy efficiency Design standard", then, basing on the model, the author input the simulated conditons according to the actual situations of this office building and did audit and simulation to this building using DeST-c and the CTM law, finally, carried on the analysis to the different result of two method.Finally, based on the front chapter simulation and the analysis, the author has discussed its energy conservation potential in view of this office building, which mainly has made the concrete analysis and the discussion from three big aspects, which are reducing energy consumption of the main body of building, the optimization air-conditioning system and the energy conservation of management.
