On the basis of the transformation project of making the coal workshop to group's factory of steel ball of Benxi, according to craft of the coal powder, we have designed and developed the distributional control system of coal powder based on Field bus, realize the automation of promotion, enter, charge dust, put in storage, store and measure of raw coal automation of production process of transporting etc., and monitor and control the whole process at any time。This control system adopts the whole framework of IPC &PLC &field bus, besides finishing the basic logic control function , the more important thing is to realize every height coordination and some special control algorithms from the station through Profibus-DP Feild bus communication. Adopting a kind of control strategy not depending on target's mathematical model in the mill exports temperature control, we design a kind of new controller, can following the dynamic characteristic which is accused of the target online, the revision control parameter, realizing artificial intellectual control in time. According to simulation result, the systematic control performance is improved greatly , and target's having better moving, static performance is promoted greatly. This system coming into operation, has improved production efficiency and product quality greatly , have obtained the good income.
