In the background of the Luo Jing Coal port 2nd phase reconstruction project of Shanghai international port (group) Co., Ltd, the author has work over the design and partially implementation of the control system in the process of coal port based on the Fieldbus system. This thesis contains the following contents.â…°. From a point of system design and project management, the paper gives the whole system control solution for the Luo Jing Coal port 2nd phase construction project of Shanghai international port (group) Co., Ltd. The intelligent design,networks theory and electric safety criterion are taken into account in the system.â…±. According to the control system in the process of coal port in SIPG reconstruct project, the methods to design a workshop automation system have been raised. The technic processes have been analyzed in the structure view. The frames, theories and skills for hardware/networks configuration, software program coding and HMI configuration, include the application of ControlNet, Ethernet, wireless seriel com to connect every PLC station, remote PLC, HMI, load and unload device and Pu Steel company control system, have been described. Rockwell hardware and software are successfully used in this project to achieve all kinds of control mode, such as motion control, process control and continued control. â…². Some useful and successful methoeds have been used in system, and a more safety and more advanced system is deisgned for betakeing some electric and safety standard. Based on the coal port product process, you can see hardware design, network design and software design clearly. In addition, some good examples are given to show the system's configuration and control flow. In the comparison between the new system and the old system, the advantages of this control system is obvious.â…³. All the system information such as conveyer belt data, depository information, key machine running information, key sensor, alarm information and history data will be well displayed and monitored by monitoring system and HMI.
