Research On Geophone Measurement Technology Based On Embedded System

As a specialized measuring appliance of physical exploration for petroleum, geophone tester involves multiple physical magnitude and technical parameter testing function. In this thesis, we describe the testing theory for several fixed parameters in geophone; and discuss the comparative measurement method, Fourier changes, and constant voltage measurement method; give various physical quantities surveying computation method. We analyze the acoustic field used by test system, as well as the measurement result influence of a variety of ambient. We describe the architecture principle of the earthquake piezoelectric detector test system, and design the testing system from hardware and software, as well as the excitation signal source, data acquisition modules, AC impedance measurement modules, and construct the three-tier system software architecture.Based on the deep study of SAMSUNG S3C2410, the thesis presented a design of hardware and software system of geophone tester and analysis of the sound field, combining with a large number of new technologies, such as SDRAM, NAND FLASH, multicolor LCD, USB, Windows CE, etc.. Big in measuring range, small in size, little in dissipation, interference resistant and network performing, the design is shown in windows screen, which is convenient for assembling and verifying.In order to improve the multifunction and stability of the software system of the testing system, this thesis made further research to WinCE of the embedded real-time operation, transplanted it into 32 Bit ARM chip S3C2410 system, based on this, structured the software system of this system. The whole software system consists of three parts: drive program part, operating system part and task program part, which greatly improved the stability and reliability of the system and realized a series of impossible functions.At last, summarized the search to the whole tester system, predicted the future development of the tester system.
