Normal operation of the multi-compressors system,balancing oil is one of the key technologies.A self-designed new type multi-compressors balancing oil device is suitable to parallel compressors refrigeration system.With the FLUENT software,three-dimensional numerical simulations are made to the device.Simulation results show that at air condition operation,because of the special structure of the device;mass flow of the lubricant and the R22 gas can achieve equalization at the outlets and the oil return apertures of the device at part load(50%),the outlet states of the lubricant and R22 gas are accordance with the state of full load.The author simulates the devices with oil apertures on different height of 30mm and 50mm,the conclusion of the larger R22 mass flow on the height of 50mm and the larger oil mass flow on the height of 30mm is made.The author simulates six devices with different diameter oil apertures( from 1.0mm to 3.5mm.),this device has the best aperture diameter to this device can be concluded.
