The Shenzhen Metro Line 7 will close the distance between Shenzhen and other places,greatly facilitating people's daily life,work and learning.With the opening of 9 and 11 lines,a new network of Shenzhen Metro will be formed.Increasing passenger flow has reached new heights,of which the Luobao line is the most prominent.From the experience of the opened lines,the daily passenger flow during holidays and working days,the degree of passenger congestion,and the comfort passengers feel will be constantly changing.The station will face many arduous challenges such as daily operation,emergency organization and unknown situation.In this case,it is particularly important to do a good job in the early stage of the passenger flow forecast and transfer station passenger flow organization countermeasures.This article takes line seven as the research object.It runs through Shenzhen,Nanshan District,Futian District,Luohu District and Longgang.On the basis of mastering the basic situation of Line 7,by predicting the passenger flow and comparing the passenger flow changes after the opening of Guangzhou Metro Line 6,the passenger transport capaci ty of the line is analyzed.Taking the transfer station as the key research object,the passenger transport capacity analysis of the transfer station and the passenger flow organization countermeasures are studied.The key station Taoyuan Village is listed and three suggestions are put forward.In order to make sure the passenger flow forecast and the passenger transport organization countermeasure of the transfer station in the initial stage of the opening of Line 7,the control of passenger flow,the specific arrangement of each post and the guidance of action during the large passenger flow are carried out.The key point of subway operation and production is passenger transport organization.The core of passenger transport organization is to organize passenger flow distribution safely,quickly and conveniently.In the process of organization,the station provides high quality service to passengers.The quality of passenger transport service will directly reflect the management level of subway operation.The tenet of passenger transport organization is:safety,punctuality,convenience,speed,enthusiasm and thoughtfulness.The three parts of thestation,station and passenger transport organization constitute the daily passenger flow organization of the station.When a large passenger flow occurs at the station,the station should rationally arrange personnel,unite with various departments,and do a good job of passenger flow guidance and organization.Passenger flow control organization measure is the most commonly used method to cope with large passenger flow at the station.When a large passenger flow occurs at a station,it should follow the principle of three-level passenger flow control,rationally organize and arrange,alleviate the station pressure and avoid accidents.The three-level control principle of large passenger flow is the principle of "insisting on point control and line control" and "centralized leadership and unified command".When an emergency occurs,the station can adopt different emergency plans and measures to deal with the problem according to the actual situation.It will be of great significance to do a good job in passenger flow forecast and passenger transport organization countermeasure research of large passenger flow at transfer station in the initial stage of the opening of Line 7.
