| Parallel capacitor, a electrical component, is widely applied in the power system and industrial production equipment mainly to compensate for the power system inductive load reactive power, playing a vital role for improving power quality and the security of the power system operation, therefore its safe operation and fault handling is very important. However, the capacitor accident often occurred as a result of capacitor fault and the strategy adopted for this is "time base maintenance", which results in too many unnecessary downtime and maintenance, delaying reactive compensation, or even premature damage caused by an excessive demolition and assembly, but also can not find a mini-run capacitors. Therefore, the capacitor online monitoring, being able to prevent accidents and bring Economic benefits, is of great realistic significance.This paper designs a monitoring terminal based on embedded processor TMS320F2812, embedded operating system uc/os and GPRS wireless communication technology, which has on-line monitoring function for Parallel capacitor and the reactive power compensation control function.Firstly, the paper improves Hanning-interpolation harmonic analysis used in the capacitor fault detection, which makes it easier to achieve in the DSP chip, proposes control algorithm based on fuzzy-optimal thinking for reactive Power Control, and uses GPRS for remote communication, which uploads capacitor parameters for the remote server and inform relevant staff by sending them messages. Secondly, The paper emphasizes on the hardware research and design of the device, getting clear construction by adopting modular and structured programming approach, and gives some of project design and hardware circuits, including control module, data detection module and communications module.Thirdly, after analyzing theμC/OS-Ⅱoperating system features, the paper transplantsμC/OS-Ⅱto TMS320F2812 chip in order to manage multi-functional, multi-task system resources, completes multi-task design in accordance with multi-task scheduling principle for embedded system, and introduces software design process and specific implementaion methods.Finally, this paper discusses the system debugging methods and various anti-jamming measures, tests various hardware modules through independent testing procedures, and partly completes software and hardware debug. |
