In China, the traffic safety situation becomes highly urgent because of the sustaining high rate of traffic accidents and death in the accidents, moreover,the drivers' road sense directly affect the traffic safety.At the same time,as the development of Chinese automotive industry,large members of families have cars, what makes training drivers more and more important and makes the training quality and the coaching level being more and more concerned.Therefore,relative state laws and regulations have been promulgated,which claim evaluations to the training quality,the coaching level of driving school.Now in China,most provinces and municipalities has launched on the evaluation of the training quality and ranking the quality credit of driving schools,but none of them has a scientific, reasonable,and effective evaluation mechanism.Based on practical investigations,scientific argumentations and studies,the paper establishes a ranking system of credibility and quality which could provide reference for the management to make decisions.This subject derives from the Guangdong Provincial Communications Department's IT Item (Item No:2006-ll) "Research of quality credit evaluation system of Guangdong vehicle driver teaching and training quality and evaluating methods for Guangdong vehicle coaching quality and credibility",based on investigations of current status of driver training in Guangdong Province,and reference to advanced international and national management experience and evaluation mechanisms in driving training,the paper designed a ranking system of credibility and quality,and Studied the evaluation methods. The paper is divided into following parts:1) Designing the ranking system of credibility and quality of driving schools and coaches.To generalize first grade evaluating criterions from evaluations of driving schools and coaches,second grade evaluating criterions are derived from the first grade, and third grade evaluating criterions are derived from the second grade,with AHP to establish a whole evaluation system for driving schools and coaches.2) Designing weights for the ranking system of credibility and quality of driving schools and coaches.With AHP to design the weights of evaluation criterions for driving school and coaches.3) Researching on the evaluation methods of driving schools and coaches.With fussy comprehensive evaluation methods to evaluate driving schools and coaches.4) An overview of information system for the ranking system of credibility and quality of driving schools and coaches.Outlined structure and function of the information system,and provided the initial ideas for designing the relevant parameters.
