Study On The Quality And Reputation Of Motor Vehicle Driver Training

China’s road traffic accidents there has been a downward trend since 2002, but there is still a big gap compared with developed countries. Meanwhile the people who lack of driving experience drivers are high risk of road traffic accidents, mainly by rusty driving skills and poor anti-interference ability, which is closely related to the quality of the motor vehicle driver training. The total number of the vehicles has a rapid increase along with China’s rapid economic development, then the demand of learning driving is growing year after year, which brings the rapid growth of motor vehicle driver training institutions, and the driver training market are increasingly competitive. Facing the environment of highly competitive market, the business philosophy of motor vehicle driver training institutions must be changed, they should build up their own brands and core competencies in order to remain invincible in the competition.The purpose of this paper is to improve the reputation of motor vehicle driver training quality. Firstly, this paper defines the connotation and components of motor vehicle driver training quality reputation, and analysis the component of it. Then this paper builds the index system that includes of 7 top level index and 21 secondary indexes. The top level index includes facilities, management, brand building, core competence, teaching supervision, driving adaptability examination, and training track quality. Then, the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is choosed through the comparative analysis of the advantages and limitations of the comprehensive evaluation method, and constructs the reputation evaluation system of driver training to evaluate the reputation evaluation system. Finally, this paper inspects and analysis the assessment system and make clear the application of evaluation results.This paper analysis the components and content of the reputation of the motor vehicle driver training quality. The driving adaptive theory is introduced into the reputation of training quality assessment. This paper provides theoretical support of the research on reputation of vehicle drivers training qualityMeanwhile the quality of training reputation evaluation system plays an important role in guiding road transport authorities to develop countermeasures, training institutions to improve training services, consumers to choose training institutions rationally.
