One Of The Mode Study On Vernacular Architecture And Heritage Conservation

Vernacular Architecture heritage is an important part of historical and cultural heritage in China. With the rapid development of modern civilization, many outstanding local architectural heritage has been replaced by"modernization" of small houses which are so called foreign-style, and the little native architecture also is facing great threats to survival. Therefore, the vernacular architecture conservation and related issues need to be studied at stake.Vernacular Architecture heritage conservation mainly include in situ conservation, ex situ conservation, and overall conservation and translation protection, data protection, elements protection and etc. Relocation conservation mode is suitable for the building and the settlement which must only be removed from it if this is the sole means of ensuring their preservation. Ex situ conservation mode can conform social resources, rescue the construction which borders on perishes, and simultaneously also can bring a lot of information loss of authenticity.Chinese architectural heritage conservation is an urgent and perplexing issue, which mainly puzzled by the conflict between the national reality and the international norms estabished by Europe. At present Chinese economy is undergoing a period of rapid development, development and conservation frequent contradictions and conflicts. Under this background, it can be said some of the vernacular architecture which contains historical and culture value adopting the way of ex situ conservation is a way suited to China's national conditionsOn the base of analyzing the domestic ex situ conservation projects which already have been built in recent years from the choice of objects,the siting, the plan design, the implementation situation, the tourism development and so on, the article carries on the overall evaluation of each item on the experience and lesson.Based on the theoretical analyse and case studies, the study summarizes a scientific and reasonable operating method of ex situ conservation. This way composes of three parts: the preliminary study, the intermediate stage period implementation, the later period management, including a total of 11 operation links. It could be said that only under strict control, and linking every part of implentation can ensure the project's ultimatl success.
