A Study Of Application System Reconstruction For The Changjiang Maritime Safety Administration

In order to take advantage of modern information technology and to improve the Marine system of supervision and management , with the help of the Ministry of Maritime Bureau , the Changjiang Maritime Safety Administration has developed and promoted some systems, such as the shipping system , crew system, OA system , Etc. But these applications systems are lack of planning and coordination . Low-level redundant development redundant construction is very prominent.In view of this situation, this paper has given an analysis for the current situation and the model and methods of application system reconstruction for the Changjiang Maritime Safety Administration . Firstly ,the application system reconstruction of the Changjiang Maritime Safety Administration should be based on some of principle , such as unified,standardized,practical used .Secondly, the application system should ocuse on integration of the three applications(the Maritime Safety Administration System,Internal Management System,the Social Service system), four software platforms(the Maritime Safety Administration platform,Internal Management platform,Public information service platform,Network information exchange platform), and build the marine management of data centers. Of course, good organizations, good agencies, and financial guarantee are important too.
