The Study On Inosculate Of Shopping Mall And Urban Environment

Nowadays, shopping mall is the trend of business prosperity and the inevitable offspring of the social and economic development as well as the improvement of modern living standard. Considering this specific factor, this thesis aims to discuss the development and construction of domestic shopping mall out of the concern of urban environment. Thus from the angle of urban design subject, based on existing research concerned, this thesis proposes an overall-stage percept of thinking, and more importantly, puts forward a series of questions on control and execution before specific designing techniques, and therefore from another perspective provides theoretical support and thoughts for the study of inosculation of shopping mall and urban spatial environment.This thesis, from the perspective of possible inosculation of shopping mall and urban spatial environment, through on-spot examination of representative shopping malls in Shenzhen and Changsha, together with comparison and analysis of the research result, combing subject theory and methods such as plan design, urban design, construction design, etc, aims to explore practical and specific operational techniques upon control and execution of inosculation of shopping mall and urban spatial environment. Hereafter, the author proposes three main reasons leading to the existing problems: the lack of guidance and in-depth feasibility study on urban commercial plan, the lack of urban design, and the influence and restriction of construction engineering layers and urban environmental factors. Among these reasons, the influence and restriction of construction engineering layers and urban environmental factors is the one to be focused on. By means of detailed analysis of the three problems mentioned, the author puts forward a construction strategy including a set of principle and three corresponding measures. A set of principle refers to integrative environment foundation principle, whereas three corresponding measures refer to enhancing the macro modulation and control of the government concerned, setting up urban design execution system, and realizing inosculation of shopping mall and factors of urban spatial environment.In the conclusion part, the author points out that the construction of shopping mall and urban special environment are inextricable. Therefore, besides emphasizing technical measures in the shopping mall construction, one should take serious consideration of system factors such as control and execution. Meanwhile, suggestions on the exploitation and construction of Chinese shopping mall are brought forward.
