The Design And Implement Of Weighing Controller For Fix-value Packing

Fix-value Packing Weighing Controller is an intelligent on-line control instrument than used for equal weight measurement. it is widely used in the fields of chemical, food processing, and construction. The research of Packing Weighing Controller is significance for raising labor productivity and cut the cost in those fields. With the development of modern electronic technology and the increase of integrated circuits, the function and structure of industrial instrumentation has undergone great changes, which provide the possibility for further study.With research of workflow of weighing controller and analysis about weighing process , cirtical questions is proposed in the design. Parameter estimation method is used for weighing signal process. The system's less damping is compensated though the Parameter Estimation method, while real weight of the dynamic is approximately estimated. Three speeds fix-value control method for dropping is designed, which self-adjust function is added to make sure the minimum error.Hardware and software is designed under the system's request. The hardware include: W78E58 is selected as the core, power module is designed; data acquisition module which based on the 24-bit high accuracy ADC AD7730 is created; Ch451 is adopted as the controller for LED and key input; Real Timer DS12887 is selected to provide the time and data for system. The software using C language include: calibration module, LED display module, communication module and automatic control module.Being adopted advanced method and new chips, the controller get advantages in performance and cost. With C3-level weighing sensor, the controller get 0.1 accuracy, and is tested to be fast, accuracy, and easy-maintained, which satisfy the industry request.
