Research On Mechanical And Electrical Product Safety Design

The product safety design plays an important role more and more. Its essence is human-centered design and the embodiment of the humanized design. The thesis expounds the design of product safety, and analyzes it from the perspective of the operator. The main contents of the thesis includes: the connotation and denotation of the design of product safety, elements of safety design, the evaluation of product safety design, the procedure of product safety design, the safety elements of design, the methods and principles of product safety design,etc. The connotation and denotation of the product safety design analyzes from the factors related to it closely, the elements of safety design are divided into several parts such as operator and product. According to the theory of ergonomics and psychology, the thesis analyzes the factor of operator from the aspects of physiology and psychology, as for the factor of product, it analyzes the mechanical and electrical products from the aspect of the state of unsafety.According to the analysis above, the methods and principles of product safety design are summarized.
