The traditional logistics guarantee model turns into our army's development bottleneck, so that military logistics qua the important part of logistics guarantee have become attention-getting hotspot. The research on the center location model of military logistics and optimization of GA(Genetic Algorithm) of the dissertation has considerable meaning in the theory and the practice.The general situation and development of logistics are shown. The characteristics of military logistics and the significance of military logistics centers are summarized. Then, three center location models of military logistics have been proposed on the basis of analyzing the logistics center location models and methods, according to the special requirements of military logistics and considering diversified different circs and conditions roundly.â‘ The peacetime model is given for ensuring the army's daily demand. Several centers location in continuous plane is implemented and total Euclid distance is minimized in order to get the most economical cost.â‘¡The model in the special time is presented considering the risk by adding the restrict condition of the obstacles. Multiple centers location in continuous plane need be obtained. Furthermore, the centers and transport routes are ensured to avoid the obstacles.â‘¢The model in wartime or in an emergency is given, taking into account both time benefit and economic benefit. The costs are divided into two classes: immovable and fluctuant, which is more consistent with the fact.When the computation optimizations of these models are studied, an improved GA is presented according to the limitation of SGA (Simple Genetic Algorithm) during application. Firstly, fitness function is improved by Lagrangian relaxation method and the computation complexity is decreased by much for the calculation of complicated function becoming n independent sub-problems. Secondly, the area is compared in order to confirm the centers location in the obstacles or not. The transportation routes are ascertained to intersect the obstacles using to examine the segment cross or not. As a result, the difficulty to get rid of the obstacles in continuous plane has been solved. Thirdly, a Fuzzy Logic Controller with a good self-adaptability is adopted to tune the GA parameters automatically. Fourthly, appropriate encoding issues, fitness function and genetic operators have been chosen to avoid effectively the premature.Finally, computer simulation by practical data is realized and satisfactory results are acquired. The validity, stability and practicability are testified. Our center location model of military logistics and optimization of GA can provide a good reference for the military decision-making.
