As China has paid more and more attention to the construction and operation of the expressway system in recent years,the expressway service area is an important supporting facility for the expressway,and its quantity and scale are also expanding.The service content of the society to the expressway service area and Quality has higher standards and requirements.On the basis of providing daily passenger transportation services,the expressway service area should make full use of the existing idle resources and unique transportation locations to actively expand the logistics and distribution business,which can not only promote the development of the logistics industry,but also bring new profit channels to the expressway service area,this is an important direction for the future development of expressway service areas.On the one hand,this paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems of logistics development in Beijing.The logistics demand in Beijing is increasing day by day,but the logistics infrastructure construction and operation cost is too high.How to reduce costs and increase efficiency in the distribution process has become a difficult problem.On the other hand,by analyzing the construction and operation of the high-speed service area around Beijing,it is found that some service areas are relatively mature in management,and there are certain conditions and willingness to carry out logistics business.The article combines these two aspects to demonstrate the feasibility of expanding the Beijing Expressway service area into a logistics distribution center.Secondly,this paper uses the hierarchical-gray correlation comprehensive evaluation method to select the logistics distribution center,and then constructs the LRP model to select the service area suitable for logistics distribution,and at the same time obtain the optimized distribution path.In the research of the logistics system,there are often situations in which the benefits are reversed.Therefore,when establishing the LRP model,this paper considers the distribution cost and time as the double-layer goal to ensure the overall optimal distribution system.Finally,a case study of distribution network planning with Beijing Expressway service area as a node is carried out.Finally,the three service areas of Baige,Beiwu and Majuqiao were selected as the logistics distribution centers,and the demand outlets and distribution routes arranged by each transfer station were obtained.Through comparative study,it is found that when the weight distribution of distribution cost and time in the objective function is different,the high-speed entrance and exit and the driving route selected by the delivery vehicle have different effects on the delivery cost and time.The research content of this paper has certain practical significance for the management of logistics enterprises and highway service areas.
