Ship Integrated Automation

With 40 years development of ship automation, the ship integral automation system has been adopted all over the world for ship building today, but in China, which is ranked No. 2 in ship building industry, the automation level is still very low, it is very urgent to develop the modern ship automation technology in china, and how to improve the ship equipment level especially the high-value automation level, is not only the object of the eleven "5" of China, but also the key point if China can really grow to be the world ship-building centre.This paper deals with information integration in ships, studied the application of integrated Monitoring & control system of ship. It also analyzed the networks of the system, and raise some design for the system structure and the information transmitting between networks. The paper introduces a monitoring system for shipbuilding room based on PC By monitoring main engine, generators and auxiliaries, the authors raise a valuable solution, realizing automatic and intelligentized processing of ship system.
