Study On Basic Data Platform In Railway Construction Project Management

Facing to the characteristic of huge project scale, high standard, and fast speed in railway construction today, this paper generally analysis the problems with the data in the management information of railway construction projects. Such as lower level of data figures, not unified data standards and the existence of data islands, this lead to a single function, inadequate data support for railway construction project management mformation.Therefore, we construct a basic data platform railway construction project management which gives an important significance to railway construction project management.According to the lower level figures of railway construction project management, weaken data associations, this paper analysis the data sources, data classification of railway construction, and establishment a relational model between the spatial data and attribute data. According to the railway construction project management data standards are not uniform; this paper referenced to the Ministry of Railways, Ministry of Construction and relevant departments for railway construction project data standard, and established a unified data standards according to the railway construction project management features. On the base of the basic data platform, according to the Isolation between the railway construction spatial data and attribute data, using WEB-GIS technology to integrate the spatial data and attribute data. And also integrate the basic data according to schedule control, quality control and investment control of railway construction project manager business needs.The research result of this paper was applied in Urumqi Railway Bureau JINGYIHUO construction. This platform has all of the data in the railway construction of JINGYIHUO, which gives a solid foundation for schedule control, quality control, cost control and JINGYIHUO railway construction project management information system.
