Study On Data Norm And Data Platform Of Railway Construction Project Management

Railway construction project information management is an important step in the information construction of railway. 2008, The Ministry of Railways has proposed that standardize management should be implemented in railway construction project, and the main contents were as follows: standardization of management systems, standardization of staffing, standardization of on-site management and the standardization of process control. Because standardization of data is the foundation and technical support to achieve the standardization of railway construction and management, so, in this paper our research focus on the standard of the data of railway construction project management."Data-centric" is the purpose of this paper according to the request of railway construction standardized management. First, the paper conducted an in-depth analysis of the data of railway construction project and which were divided to three types: spatial data, attribute data and thematic data. And then a research and exploration on the normative data of railway construction project management according to the request of standardized management have been done. Also, this paper established the corresponding data norms for various types of data.This paper has approved that test data has an important role in project management, quality management, inspection work pricing and materials management aspects from spatial relationships and business relationships based on the railway construction project management data norm. And the relationship of data in the project management has supported the process of railway construction project in a high standards, high-quality and high-level way. And it also improved the ability of decision-making in. the project management.The author has visited to Kuibei Railway Construction Headquarters of Urumqi Railway Bureau twice times and done a lot of research, A deep comprehension about the actual situation in the field, collection of large amounts of data and related information of railway construction project management. The results of research on data norm in this paper have been verified in the project of rail construction in Kuibei.
