The Finite Element Modeling And Annlysis Of The Bucket Wheel Machine

Bucket wheel machine is an important hoisting equipment widely used in power plant,coal mine factory and haven fields. It is used to transport, stack or get coal, sand, carpolite and so on. This dissertation mainly do the finite element modeling and annlysis of the QL1200.35 bucket wheel machine.ALGOR16 is used to model the finite element model of the QL1200.35. According to utmost positions of the bucket wheel machine,I chose 3 positions to analyse,I got the stress and displacement distribution .The workman who want to improve the bucket wheel machine can consult these results.
