| Cantilever bucket wheel stacker as an important equipment,bulk machinery in ports,mines in many places such as a wide range of applications.In the current open competition environment,according to the different needs of users,providing a material limit,short delivery cycle,low design cost and meet the requirements of the equipment design and manufacturing,can effectively improve the competitiveness of enterprises the advanced design method.The parameters of products or components of the means of achieving the goal of simple and efficient.Bucket wheel device is the first element of bucket wheel work,its design parameters directly affect the working ability.This paper will through 3D software UG,the relationship between the parameters of constraint and positioning the series into a set of parametric design theory,and using the assembly relation in UG,using a mathematical model to replace the original value,the size of the association between two components are matched with each other;the parametric design method is used in the design of bucket wheel device,from the framework design to the 3D parametric model,the whole process of two-dimensional engineering drawings.The whole design process can be completely updated by docking with the automatic 3D model to 2D engineering drawings,achieve the design parameters the product realization linkage,model standardization,systematization,has important significance and application value to simplify the design process.In the parametric model based on the set,the corresponding boundary conditions and constraints of the model according to the requirements of the project,is analyzed by the finite element analysis of different working conditions of bucket wheel device under the model,and according to the intensity contour,displacement nephogram and buckling strength and fatigue strength data confirm the safety and rationality of design.Based on the parametric model for the bucket up and down limit state by DEM solver,material transfer process simulation,simulation of material flow through the impact of material particles and environmental setting,material flow deviation of maximum impact force and the average impact parameters obtained by limit index correction belt may,to evaluate the working state and loading capacity,ensuring the stability of productParameterized model of the use of actual data of finite element analysis of the project,set up corresponding boundary conditions and constraints,no load,full load and overload for the bucket wheel device three conditions were analyzed,and the strength of the corresponding cloud,displacement nephogram and buckling strength and fatigue strength.The analysis results meet the design requirements of the actual project.Finally using simulation technology to simulate the process of material transfer,by building particle,create particle environment and use the DEM solver on the reclaimer’s lifted up and down,to simulate the limit state for material flow parameters such as average maximum impact force and impact evaluation indexes and limit correct belt may run deviator,to verify the eligibility products.This topic through the parametric design parameters have global linkage function,to facilitate the designer’s local modification and secondary design,simplifies the design process and improve work efficiency.In addition,the parametric design process is beneficial to the formation of equipment type spectrum,to facilitate the design and standardization of the management of enterprises,shorten the delivery cycle,reduce design the cost is of great significance to improve the competitiveness of enterprises. |
