Nowadays, with the short supply and the rising price of the international crude oil, the energy problem is very urgent, and it has been becoming "energy crisis" gradually. In addition to the increasing strict exhaust laws,diesel engine has been forced to low pollution, low oil consumption and promote the ratio power. Oil injection system is the heart of the diesel engine, and the lack of energy and the increasing strict exhaust laws promote the rapid development of electronic control science and technology of diesel engine. As one of the three breakthroughs of internal-combustion engine industry in the end of 21st century, Electronic control high pressure common rail is able to complete the desired fuel injection rate, which is commonly considered to be one of the most effective and economical measurement to resolve the problems of saving energy and protecting environment. High pressure common rail system mainly includes three parts: Sensor, ECU and implementation device. Since the study and design of the ECU is the crux and has great difficulties, this paper mainly designs the electronic control oil injection system which is the key of the electronic control system of diesel.The paper firstly introduces the most representative CR high pressure common rail system which is made from BOSCH, then discusses the design of its hardware and software and control strategy. The design of hardware contains the design of MCU module, input circuit module, output driver module and communication module. Some circuits of the input circuit module also give the simulation analysis and optimization by Cadence and MultiSim software. In the design of software, this paper mainly introduces the OSEK/VDX criterion,"V"type development model of electronic control system and software architecture, and gives the detailed design scheme for GPI, GPO, ADC, PWM and SPI modules. In the part of control strategy, this paper mainly analyzes the control strategy for common rail oil pressure, quantity of injection, time of injection and velocity of injection. In tha last, this paper gives control strategy for the least system.Tests and analysis show that the hardware circuit can work normally in wiring harness experiment platform, and low layer driver system has some credibility and expansibility.
