Research On Aftermarket Based Automotive Configuration

It is necessary to focus on the research of aftermarket based automotive configuration, for two reasons: one is the prosperity on aftermarket; the other is the need of customized product. Based on"Full vehicle development for HuaPu company's'SMA MB'(Shanghai Municipal Important Science and Technology Project) and the characteristic of vehicle, this thesis which is revolved at the automotive design's major business and key technology discusses not only the configuration module but also the solution of configuration and configuration management. Moreover, it that combines theory and project of enterprise together, testifies the possibility and validity of module and algorithmic. Followings are the content of this thesis:At first, it introduces the development of automotive aftermarket system and the requirement of aftermarket customers. The necessary of aftermarket based configuration and the content of aftermarket based configuration are presented. According to the characteristic of aftermarket automotive market, the configuration method is adopted via rule and case based way.Then the requirement of aftermarket customers is analyzed, what's more four kinds of requirement are suggested: construction requirement, function requirement, service requirement, circumstance requirement. The aftermarket marketing is connected to the automotive module, in order to construct the configuration model. After taking the possibility of customization, function of configuration of auto-configuration unit, 3D structure of auto- configuration unit and repair degree------these four factors in to account, configuration model is built by the module partition of extension clustering analysis methods and principles. The automotive model is classified into product platform, chosen configuration units, spare configuration unit. In order to carry on the configuration process, automotive model is descript, the attribution of configuration units are manifested in details.According to the configuration model, the rule based and case based configuration method is used. The rule based method is prior to the case based method in the whole configuration flow. In the rule based method, rule database is built, and then system searches the matched rule for customer requirement. If rule is got, then carry the rule, else turn to the case based configuration.Aimed at the realization of configuration principle, the configuration system is studied. The overall development framework, development platform, the structure and function of system are presented. As to the major function, configuration system covers from customer requirement model, configuration module to configuration management module.The proposed method and system is applicated in the development of new automotive style"SMA MB". First, the previous automotive style"SMA7150","SMA7151", and"SAM7181"is modeled as case base. Then, the new automotive style is developed based on cases and rules.At last, the content and result are concluded, future research direction is forwarded.
