This paper first with the current imbalance between power supply and demand in the domestic status quo is the starting point and analysis of the dynamic increase the capacity of transmission lines background and significance that has huge economic and broad market prospects. In the study of the status quo at home and abroad after the introduction of this paper, through the on-line measurement line tension, weather conditions (such as temperature, wind velocity and direction, etc.) conductor average temperature, real-time calculation of current-carrying capacity lines, and in accordance with safe and stable operation of power grids conditions The lines can be delivered capacity, the capacity can be achieved line forecast.This paper analyzes the background and significance of dynamic increase rate system(DLR)that has huge economic and broad market prospects on the basis of imbalance between power supply and demand in the domestic. Then it introduces the thesis realization method after the analysis of the research status in domestic and aboard. The conductor temperature is calculated by conductor tension and weather parameters are sampled real-time. Then the transmission capacity is calculated by the conductor temperature and other parameters to forecast the line rating.This paper details climate model (WM), and conductor temperature model (CTM) method of calculating circuit capacity, and calculates the circuit capacity in accordance with the IEEE 738 standards and China's "Electric Power Engineering Design Manual", then analysis the various signal acquisition error allowed in these two models, lists hardware functional requirements in conjunction with the operating environment.The paper divides the hardware design into two parts- sensors and control part, and introduces the rationale for various selected sensors, signal processing circuit design ideas, dominate the CPU and peripheral circuits (microprocessors, data acquisition, data FLASH storage, wireless data GPRS / GSM transmission systems, real-time clock and power management system I2C communications, etc.) design ideas.It also introduces the detailed process of the test of the problems encountered and solutions of the hardware platforms.
