The polymer cement concrete (Polymer Cement, Concrete, PCC), is also known aspolymer-modified cement concrete, which composition mix a certain amount of polymers ormonomers to improve the performance of the concrete, besides the materials used in ordinaryconcrete. Therefore, preparation process for polymer-modified cement concrete is morecomplicated and difficult compared with ordinary concrete.In this paper, the technical problems in the preparation of polymer modified cementconcrete conduct research through a combination of theoretical analysis and experimentalmethods. According to affect factors of stirring quality of concrete mixture, the mathematicalmodel about stirrer speed, material full rate, mixing time, mixing uniformity, workability isestablished. Laboratory mixing equipment is adopted, which characteristics are that principleis the same as on-site device, structure of device is consistent, and parameters are adjustable.The matching relationship among mixing time, material full rate, material mix ratio andworkability of concrete is researched based on orthogonal experiment. Reasonable mixingtime of concrete is determined and the relationship between indoor tests and on-siteproduction parameters is researched by simulating ordinary cement concrete. Premix deviceand metering systems of polymer emulsion and pigment is designed. Mater metering andaggregate metering system have been modified to achieve a high accurately second feedingprocedure. Calibration and error checking method of measurement ingredient system areresearched. The evaluation parameters for calibrating and debugging metering system ofon-site concrete mixing station are proposed. The mixing tests of polymer-modified cementconcrete are conducted and their reasonable mixing time is determined. The performance ofpolymer modified cement concrete is analyzed and verified. Anti-blocking and antisegregation control technology of unloading process are researched. Key techniques ofpavement construction of polymer modified cement concrete are studied.After PCC are prepared based on the technique of this paper, pavement qualityinspection are finished by paving trail pavement section. It can found that bridge deck layer structures are compacted and uniform, the structure what it forms is framework dense type. Itcan also found compacting degree, texture depth, skidding pendulum values, permeabilitycoefficient, flatness, and other technical indicators are all good to meet the asphalt pavementof the technical requirements.
