With the development of the science, New Austrian Tunneling Method (NATM) replaced the traditional mine tunneling method gradually in China tunneling construction field. And the same time the information dynamic design and construction of tunnels obtained application popularity. But to each disease of tunnel engineering, the study of protection and treatment is delayed significantly.This paper through study the summary research of current heaviest disease of highway tunnel, including geology disease and manmade disease, proposed the computer assistant decision-making system, which is evaluated the hazard rank of highway tunnel disease. Developed such system, utilized the relatively mature database technology and the engineering technique of software, and detailed design. the main contents are summarized below:Firstly, sum up all the influence of each disease of tunnel in construction.According to the characteristics of Chinese highway tunnel disease, This paper describes six familiar diseases such as karsts, fault, landslide, rock burst, gas and large deformation, and their influences to the tunnel construction.Secondly, the study on the information database theory of tunnel disease. Through study the theory of information database, established the E-R model, and the database by used of data form structure. All the disease message connected with the tunnel name (the name as the main key), The other messages are changed by the name.Thirdly, the regressive analysis study on the survey data of measurement item. Measuring technology is one of the most important step in the tunnel engineering. Through analysis the data,feedback the result to the design and the construction. Through select the item of measurement, record the relative data, regressive analysis, obtain the regressive equation and limit error. Through such step, the system can forecast the next deformation of rock and the new status of the disease.Fourth, the analysis method study on hazard rank evaluation of tunnel disease. Combined with the previous study result, proposed the analysis method of evaluation, but there isn't a unified standard, because there are main difference between each disease such an the development of disease and the station of each tunnel. So last through statistical analysis and refer the common data of each disease, then establish the standard of evaluation.Fifthly, the application of fuzzy theory in the hazard rank of tunnel disease. Because of the influence factors of each disease, we can't analysis qualitatively and quantity. But AHP as a new method of fuzzy theory, it can solve the daedal relationship between each them. Through specific disease project, it proved that AHP is a piratical method. And it has many advantages such as objectivity, veracity and effectiveness. Exceptionally it can provided reliable basis for the next treatment of disease.
