| No Matter what composition or strength characteristics of PLS concrete are different from the traditional cement concrete pavement, although its early strength is not high, the intensity develop faster latter,it is provide with significance economic and environmental in the application of low-traffic road. This paper based on the western scientific research projects of ministry of communication"The research on solid waste rural highway technology of Yangtze River Yangtse gorges area," analyze the pavement material properties of PLS solid waste concrete, and its method of pavement structure design about low-traffic road.The material properties and applications of PLS solid waste concrete road pavement were introduced, and on the basis of this three-dimensional finite element COSMOS to be used to analyse load stress and thermal stress of PLS solid waste concrete pavement structure.Through a series of mathematical methods for analysis, fitting the formula for calculating the load stress and temperature stress applicable to the low grade highway,and through comparative study of PLS solid waste concrete fatigue characteristics of the finite element method and the results of regression analysis, get the PLS Concrete Pavement limit load calculating formula and different axle load conversion formula .Finally Put forward the PLS solid waste concrete pavement structure design method and typical structure of PLS concrete pavement considering the actual situation of rural highway.Through the combination of the performance introduction of the special pavement material,the theory of structural design and the typical structural engineering application, the reliability of the theory research of PLS solid waste concrete pavement and its application meaning can be proved.
