The coordinated control system of large fossil-fired unit plant is a rather complicated multi-variable control system. The whole nonlinear differential equation dynamic model of 600MW fossil-fired power plant is found based on PFU in this article. And the nonlinear mathematic model of unit is proposed. Through the comparison with the field testing result, the response of the presented dynamic model is proved. Large fossil-fired unit plant is more complex controlled device with great delay and slow time variance, predictive control has special advantage on handling target with great delay, therefore, dynimic matric control is applied to the coordinated control system of unit plant, have adopted three kinds of typical control methods separately in this paper. Carried on the simulation of the computer finally, the result showed that this control strategy has very good control quality in the coordinated control system of unit plant, and have wider application prospects.
