Heart disease is one of the major diseases to human,but ECG monitoring system can find the abnormal state of heart immediately,it is very important to the early prevention,diagnosis and treatment of heart diseases.With the development of socio-economic,especially under the expand of health care model in family and medical reformation in our country,the existing ECG monitoring system have been unable to meet the trend of ECG treatment in mode,fee and so on.According to the insufficiency of ECG monitoring system,a new ECG monitoring system with embedded technology is designed base on ARM9.The equipment devised with S3C2440 microprocessor,and it has many advantages,such as strong function,lower consumption and cost.The main works are as follows:Firstly,the principles in ECG signal production,means in ECG wave band and methods in ECG signal extraction are introduced.Later,the characteristics and interferential factors of ECG signal are analyzed.And also the requirements of design in ECG signal amplifying circuit are explored.And the entire of ECG monitoring system is devised.The entire circuit of ECG monitoring system is designed,and it has two parts: the extracting and amplifying circuit of ECG signal,the sampling and processing circuit of ECG signal.The former amplifying circuit,right leg drive circuit and latter amplifying circuit are designed with the operational amplifiers INA326,OPA2335. And also the 0.05 Hz high-pass filter circuit,100 Hz low-pass filter circuit and 50 Hz trap circuit are designed.The transport characteristics of former and latter amplifying circuit are simulated through TINA-TI software.Sampling and processing circuit is contrived with the hardware platform-QQ2440V3,and parts of important circuits are introduced.The main works of software design in ECG monitoring system are expatiated, and the reduction and transplantation of Linux kernel,execution of root file system, designing of Linux device driver,development of application sotftware are investigated.The AD device drivers,including definition of file_operations structure, system functions and equipment initialization function are devised.Based on Qt/Embedded development tools,ECG monitoring system applications has been developed with modular design method,especially the design on ECG data real-time display and analysis module and ECG data playback and analysis module are the main working.At last,classification and automatic identification of arrhythmia in ECG monitoring system are investigated,and judge gist of the arrhythmia automatic identification is established.Finally,the designed ECG monitoring system is tested,and the experiment results show that system has good perform in signal sampling,processing and displaying.And it proves that the method of ECG monitoring system design is feasible.
