Over more than four decades, China space industry has established a fairly complete system of scientific research and production, and formed a more mature project management model. China aerospace achievement has also proved that this model is effective. However, as changes constantly occurred in the market, the development of China space industry are facing the problems such as the increasing space tasks, the shorter development cycle, the more intense conflict for resources ,the stricter demanding of cost control, so the traditional management model and methods have been insufficient. There is an urgent need to apply advanced methods to improve the command and scheduling capabilities of aerospace model engineering.Based on the analysis of the aerospace projects schedule management process, network plan methods and basic models, this paper firstly focused on the multilevel network plan model corresponding to the organization management model of the space ,and on the difficulties of loop checking in multilevel network plan, advanced a directed graph model used for detecting multi-loop network in the plan. Besides, on the network plan methods chose critical chain technology that can adapt the multilevel network model. Critical Chain Project Management, an emerging network planning technology this year, is very appropriate for solving the problems such as the project schedule arrangement and the project optimization under limited resources. In the light of the characteristics of aerospace projects, it developed the applied method of CCPM in the projects, improved the identification of critical chain. Besides proposed a concept called "Time Limit Compression Ratio", the paper advanced a new method of setting the size of the buffer. Finally, combined the theory and types of project schedule control management, the paper introduced the principle and applied process of three dynamic monitoring methods in detail. The three methods are: baseline comparison, schedule forward line method as well as critical chain warning mechanism. It also introduced the principal of correction and change in the schedule plan.Because the market's current project management tools can not inherit the characteristics of space management experience, we must develop the project life cycle with aerospace characteristics. Under such circumstances, the AVPLAN system came into being. According to the actual situation of China space, it inherited the essence of spaceflight project management as well as absorbed space industrial management experience both at home and abroad to create unique space project management software with independent intellectual property rights. Based on the study of some key technologies in aerospace projects schedule management, the paper designed a subsystem of AVPLAN. Through the implementation of the subsystem, the effective control of aerospace projects schedule is achieved.
