In the context of rapid economic development, the competitiveness of enterprises depend on the level of corporate human resources and strength. To achieve enterprise technology modernization and management modernization, and increase economic efficiency, there must have a high level of the staff and a modern management skills of the management team. As the organic components of human resources development and management , staff training is more necessary and urgent, and becomes the most critical success factor in the increasingly competition in the modern market . Enterprise training is the main method to achieve optimal human resources allocation.In the rapid development of the knowledge-based economy, Landscaping enterprises face to tremendous opportunities and challenges. In such a background ,to meet the challenges and seize the opportunities,the enterprises need to analyze the development of enterprise human resources. This thesis adopts research methods which invove a questionnaire survey ,interviewing,and observation. A questionnaire survey is the main method. Selecting randomly 200 employees from Suzhou City Landscaping enterprises, giving everyone a questionnaire, and receiving 176 valid questionnaires.The participants was mainly the managers of companies. 25% participants are senior managers, 44.3% are managers, 30.7% are skilled workers. From participation in training, training will, training cognition, training requirement, and self-enterprise development, as well as aspects related to the personal ,we all have tested. We known the entire training situation of enterprises t from the importance of training, training content, training targets, training purposes, training objects, training systems and training requirement.The problems exitented in Landscaping enterprises have been discoved through the analysis of training actuality: the contept of training is weak. The lack of systematic training and the randomness, lack of targeted training. Training content is singleness, Effective training must have comprehensive and rigorous training system, the system including training requirement analysis, training goals and the development of training programs, implementation of training activities, training performance evaluation.Landscaping enterprises needs their own training systems based on their own characteristics and carry out step by step.In the training, managers should increase the investment to training and perfect the training system ,establish a whole incentive training and examination system. Pool human, and financial resources to do a good training.
