Diesel engine's microcomputer intelligent control technology is the concrete application of diesel Mechanical and Electrical integration. In this article, the mechanical speed governor of the injection pump has been refited to electrical taking YC2105 diesel engine as the researcher, which taked AT89S52 as the core of the electric control unit. In order to autocontrol the exhaust emission and power under the idle speed, acceleration, deceleration and demarcation operating mode, the fuel rack bar has been controlled through step motor and screw drive mechanism and the fuel supplying has been changed.It's difficult to establish the disel engine's mathematical model because of the function parameters and characters are too easy to disturbed by environment. So, the diesel engine controlled experience has been stored in computer starting with the diesel control rule and operating mode. The computer can adjust the PID parameter automatically for impairing the non-linear influence of engine operator work and realized the intelligent PID control according to actual operating condition.The expectation rotate speed was setted by accelerator pedal sensor and the practice rotate speed was examined by rotational speed sensor on fuel-injecting pump. The output signal was digital voltage which was proportionable of frequency and rotational speed. The rotational speed windage has been getted after comparing this signal and the initialization, which has been adjusted and magnified to obtain the regulative value. Consequently the diesel engine could operate steadily.It was proved by diesel bench test that the control precision was high and the process information ability was good. The external characritics of the diesel engine was better than the former, and it could replace the mechanical control system. Certainly, the intelligent control of diesel engine was only the application of diesel engine electrical control system and could not enhance the intrinsic performance. Whether the diesel engine did have the intrinsic high performance was also decided by the design and manufacture of diesel engine, both to supplement mutually and enhance will then cause the high performance engine to face the market.
