The Test System Study Of Braking Characteristic Of Automobile Hydraulic Braking System

With the development of manufacturing industry of the automobile, lots of automobile production firms have launched a large number of test research work in order to lower costs, improve automobile performance, as a consequence the demand for the automobile tester is higher and higher in the fierce market competition. Virtual Instrument technology is a new technology developed with the software and hardware technology of the computer. It overcomes the disadvantage of traditional instrument. The test technology based on Virtual Instrument is becoming developing direction of test field gradually.This paper introduces the advantage of fictitious instrument technology at first, and then analyses the deficiency aspect of brake characteristic by combined applied the research of the brake performance test system at home at present. Secondly, the paper proposes the whole design project of test system, and introduces the selection of the hardware of the system, and carries on the design of the signal conditioning circuit. Thirdly, it introduces the function module to test system, and studies and discusses the realizing of each function module. Fourthly, it establishes the test system, and measures and studies the static characteristic of test system. It analyses the results of the test, and verified the function and performance of test system. Finally, it put forward the insufficiency in the test system and research direction in the future.The paper recommends the establishment to Virtual Instrument test system on the whole, and designs and studies about the concrete method to it. Through verification, the test system has characteristics such as steady, high precision, friendship of the interface, and so on. The system has fully embodied the advantage of Virtual Instrument, and has certain reference value in which enterprises set up the test system based on Virtual Instrument.
